Before you do....for your kind info...windows sound supports only .wmv format...so if you wanna set your own voice as start up or exit windows...you hav to convert that to .wav
and dont make any sound more than 10 sec. Thank U.

Follow the steps:
First go to control panel>Sounds and Audio Devices.
new window will open.
click on Sounds>now look at Program events>from here
select the option as ur desire.
for example, if u wanna change the exit windows sound..
so click on Exit Windows,click on Browse....for test the sound click on the option which is beside of browse option.
by default every windows has various sound for various options.
now click on browse and show the source of your desired sound.
click on apply and ok..
In the same way you can change every option of Program events..
like...start windows sound,minimize,maximize,device connect,disconnect etc.
